Tested and certified in the laboratory
All our armoured doors have been tested and certified in the laboratory to ensure maximum protection and security from break-in attempts. The ability to resist is measured through the stress with static and dynamic loads, and the simulation of burglary attempts implemented with different types of both manual and electric tools.
Class 2: Rated doors are designed to resist forced entry using basic tools like screwdrivers or pliers for a minimum of three minutes. This level of resistance is ideal for residential properties, offering a balanced combination of security and affordability.
Class 3: Resists burglary attempts using manual tools like crowbars and screwdrivers, tested with static and dynamic stress for up to 20 minutes.
Class 4: Higher protection with resistance to both manual and electric tools (hammers, drills, etc.), tested for 30 minutes (Class 4 offers four times the safety of Class 3).
Class 5: provides high resistance to skilled burglars, including those using electric tools such as drills, saws, and grinders. Ideal for high-security environments like banks, jewelry stores, military facilities, and embassies, this level of protection ensures a robust defense against advanced break-in techniques.
Options include burglary, fire, smoke, bullet & blast resistance, alongside high acoustic & thermal performance as well as options for emergency & panic escape.
