Founding of The Safe & Vault Company: Enhancing ATM Security
After years dedicated to ATM crime and safe engineering we decided it was time to create a company that could serve the industry much better, so in 2014 we founded the Safe & Vault Company with the major focus on the ATM SAFE brand, products and services. ATM crime has always been a huge problem in the UK and with our experience, knowledge and dedication we soon struck up partnerships with global security companies to service the banking industry in the UK and across Europe.
Proud Partnership with Cardtronics ATM Estate and Company Growth
Our reputation for designing the best quality ATM physical security products and providing a 7 day week support service, meant we were soon successful and proud to win a contract to protect the Cardtronics ATM estate (the largest in the world and now owned by ATM manufacturer NCR) against physical crime and gas attacks. With Gunnebo exiting the UK banking sector it left us with an opportunity to restructure and grow the company, so in 2019 we merged with Burton Safes and created Burton Security Limited.

With the merger we are pleased to introduce Tony Lever to the ATM team as our Sales Director. With his vast experience in the security industry we feel the team is now complete. Tony is already very active in the industry and has represented us on the ATMIA Board and organisations such as E.A.S.T and The UK Cash Supply Alliance. By the end of 2022 we will have moved all our operations to one much larger headquarters in Brockholes, near Huddersfield and now trade as Burton Security Limited to cover all our brands ATM SAFE, Burton Safes and Safe & Vault engineering as we continue to develop, design, innovate and grow…

We manufacture all our ATM products here in the UK in our Design & Innovation Centre. Our growth is through innovation and investment in British engineering. As part of our services, we offer ATM installations and ATM moves. In addition, we can arrange ATM servicing, safe lock work and engineer training.
