Embassy is a high security room, cabinet or walling system, designed for both commercial and residential applications. It can be used as a Panic Room, Armoury, Cash Room or to protect Critical Infrastructure.

It is available in a range of security levels and can protect against a wide range of tools including Axes, Sledge Hammers, Crowbars, Hooligan Bars, Steel Wedges, Grinders, Rip Saws & Drills. It is also offered with optional bullet resistance against both and guns and rifles.

It is a very cost effective, light weight and space saving solution. It is quick and simple to install, with no hot works required.

Appearance

In its basic form Embassy is an industrial product, with a bare steel finish. However, it can also be offered with a number of optional decorative and practical finishes to suit the different needs of our customers. Panels can be powder coated in any standard RAL colour and they can also be easily boarded and integrated into stud walling systems.

Model Range & Performances

Embassy offers protection against burglary & physical attack. It can optionally offer further protection against guns and fire.

Embassy is offered in 8 different security ratings from E1-EB6.

E1-E4

Protect against a range of hand tools, including Crow Bars, Screwdrivers, Axes and Sledge Hammers.

E5-E6

Additionally protect against a range of battery powered tools including Rip Saws, Grinders & Drills.

EB4 & EB6

Offer further protection against hand guns and riffles including with 5.56x45mm & 7.62x51mm calibre ammunition.

Size

Embassy is a built to order product and can be delivered in a huge range of sizes. It is delivered in prefabricated panels with standard dimensions of 1200mm x 600mm.

Embassy can be supplied as individual walls, as a 5 sided room (without a base) or as a complete 6 sided room. It can also be delivered a cabinet and small POD.

Standard panels range between 50mm-56mm in thickness; with weights of between 22kg/m2-121kg/m2.

The small individual panel sizes, low weights, bolted construction and low profile all make Embassy an ideal, space saving solution for residential panic rooms.

Equally, with the additional of structural roof supports Embassy can form large rooms suitable for commercial applications.

Anti-ricochet Tiles

Special anti-ricochet tiles are also available as an optional cladding for the Embassy panels, making them suitable for use in Armouries.

Fire board, acoustic and thermal insulation are all optional extras that can be added on request.

Security Doors

Embassy rooms can be supplied with a variety of different doors to suit.

For residential situations we offer three door types to seamlessly blend in with your home. Embassy Hardwood Doors, Janus Steel Doors or Sanctuary Pocket Doors all off high levels of security, optional bullet resistance and beautiful designs.

For commercial applications the Metal + Doors are the best solution. They offer the highest levels of burglary resistance and a greater range of functionality and performances. They can be supplied as single or double doors, with mechanical or electronic locks, with closers, emergency exit hardware, vision panels and, air tightness, fire and acoustic ratings.

Ventilation & power access

Embassy Rooms can be offered with certified ventilation and cable access as well as integrated light and power sockets.

Production & Installation

Biovault panels are pre-fabricated in the factory and this process usually takes around 6-12 weeks.

The product is usually delivered as individual panels that are assembled and bolted together onsite. There are no hot works required and so installation is usually quick and simple. A typical installation would take between 2-10 working days.

Alternatively for small rooms, cabinets and pods, we can pre-assemble them in our workshop and deliver them as completed products.

Decorative and fire resistant cladding can be easily added. It is also simple to integrate into stud walling. The low profile of the panels minimises your loss of internal space and the lightweight panels make upstairs installations straightforward.
